By using our website, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions, as posted on our website (‘the Terms and Conditions’). Any reference to ‘us’ in these Terms and Conditions refers to us, The South is Blooming.

Use of Site

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website at www.thesouthisblooming.nl (‘the website’). Any reference to ‘you’ in these Terms and Conditions refers to you, the user of our website. You accept that we may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice to you. The current version of the Terms and Conditions can be downloaded from our website and it is up to you to check the Terms and Conditions regularly, before ordering any products from us, in case there are any changes. If you do not agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions, you should not use or access our website.   You may only use this website to browse the content and make legitimate purchases. You agree not to use this website for any other purposes, including in particular (but without limitation) to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This website and the content provided may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ‘embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited.

Order and payment

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of your order and total cost, including shipping. Each order will be delivered after payment.

We offer payment through PayPal and iDeal.

All our prices include 19 % VAT; shipping cost are not included.

Shipping

We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days for delivery. All our products are beautifully wrapped and securely packaged and will be sent via TNT post.

For international shipping we have a special introductory offer of €12/order for anywhere in the EU or the US. For other countries shipping rates may vary.

Customs and duty Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Returns and refunds

The South is Blooming is proud to sell products of the highest quality. However, bear in mind that many of our products are handworked and thus unique. Each item may vary slightly. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that the item is returned to us in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels and packaging intact. Please email us at orders@thesouthisblooming.nl to notify us of a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. All information we collect is used solely to process your order. When you sign up on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will under no circumstance be sold, disclosed or distributed to any third party.

Our Terms of Delivery apply on every delivery by The South is Blooming.

Liability

The South is Blooming exercises utmost care in selecting its products. In case of complaints about these products, it will contact the relevant manufacturer. Any liability for these products on behalf of The South is Blooming is hereby expressly excluded. To the extent that The South is Blooming should bear liability it is limited to the invoice value of the order to which the claim relates.

Force Majeure

The South is Blooming is not liable for damages arising from any failure to deliver in case of force majeure. Force majeure is understood to include the non-availability of some products from suppliers.
